Hills Homes Developments has been recognised at a national level, winning the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Initiative category at the Building Safety Group (BSG) Awards for its innovative online employee Wellbeing Hub.
The BSG, the UK’s largest construction industry safety group, celebrates companies that demonstrate excellence in health, safety, and wellbeing management. This year’s awards ceremony was held at the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley, where Hills Homes was acknowledged for its outstanding commitment to staff wellbeing.
A hub for health, lifestyle and support
The Hills Homes Wellbeing Hub is a 24/7 online resource that provides employees with access to expert guidance, helpful links, and reminders of the company’s employee benefits.
The platform is structured around four pillars: mental health, physical health, financial wellbeing, and lifestyle support, helping staff thrive both professionally and personally.
